• Join a premier hospitalist organization running this program in a western Montana community
• 7-on/7-off days block schedule with some night blocks shared with other hospitalists
• Established hospitalist team with APP assistance; ICU is co-managed
• Vent management required; procedures optional
• Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2024 Residents
• Full-time (15 shifts) or part-time (7 shifts or more) per month
