Locum Tenens Orthopedic Surgeon (Call Only)Location: Decatur, IllinoisSetting: 140-bed hospitalEMR: EpicCall Type: BeeperCall Response Time: 30 minutesCall Ratio: 1:1Coverage Dates (24-Hour Call, 7:00 AM 7:00 AM):
  • June 915
  • July 19
  • July 1421
  • July 31August 4
  • Additional dates may be added as the schedule is reviewed.
Clinical Details
  • Shift Type: 24-hour hospital call only
  • Patient Volume: 06 patients per shift
  • Duties Include:
    • Emergency call coverage
    • Inpatient admissions
    • Assigned patient rounding
    Candidate Requirements
    • Board Certification: Required (Orthopedic Surgery)
    • License: Active Illinois (IL) License Required
    • Certifications: ACLS and BLS Required
    • Background: Must have a clean malpractice history and no NPDB reports
