• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
• If FP UVC, D&C, tubal ligation required and circumcision, and Nexplanon/IUD preferred
• 16 - 20 patients per day
• Vaginal delivery, induction/augmentation of labor, and C-section delivery required
• DEA needed
