    • Friday 5pm - Monday at 8am
    • Phone Consults: 10-15
    • Patients Seen: 10-15
    • 30 Minute call response time required
    • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
    • 400 Beds in Facility
    • Facility will accept multiple providers
    • Hospital Stroke Certified
    • Board Certified Required
    • Active IL License or IMLC
    • Fellowship Required
    • ACLS, BLS Required
    • Trauma Level I, II
    • EMR: Epic
