Job Description

Locums - A well-known health system has a Cardiothoracic Surgery PA opportunity available in New Jersey.
  • Certified Physician Assistant
  • Start ASAP for ongoing need
  • Mon-Fri: 8-10 hour days in house
  • Night call; 6p-6a
  • Weekend call; Friday 6p-Mon 6a (call and rounding from 7a-12p Sat/Sun)
  • Inpatient setting
  • Min 2-3 years experience required; first assist in OR, chest tubes, endoscopic retrieval, retrieval of vascular tissues for use of bypass conduit
  • Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) required
  • Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
  • Active NJ license, NCCPA certification, BLS and ACLS required
  • Competitive hourly rate, travel and lodging provided as needed
