  • Hours:40 hour work week provided with incredibly flexible schedule. Clinic hours: Mon., Tues., Thurs. 9 AM-7 PM | Wed. and Fri. 9 AM-5 PM | Sat. 9 AM-3 PM.

JOB DESCRIPTION: -Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include: Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, LGBTQ, transgendered, and HIV population-Provider must be willing to provide care to patients ranging from pediatric to adult, including provision of medications & prescriptions -Work life balance focused: Admin time can be conducted from home with, seeing patients via teleheatlh QUALIFICATIONS:-Will accept new graduate candidates who are confident and strong in their field, requiring little training and supervision. 1-2 years of experience working as an NP preferred. -Comfortable with eCW EMR system-Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location-NY state-licensed-BE/BC
