Job Description
Mobile Nurse Practitioner - up to 50% remote
Orange County and the surrounding area
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to work throughout the Orange County area and you will be working autonomously. We are looking for empathetic providers that are enthusiastic about their patients health. We specialize in engaging and caring for the top 1% highest utilizing Medicaid patients. This is a mobile role that involves visiting patients at various locations, with up to 50% of the time spent working remotely from home.
Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation with above market rate for experienced professionals
Salary - 150K - 170K Depending on Experience
$10K Performance bonus

Nurse Practitioner - Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment; evaluation;
diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse event; planning; and implementation.
Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development.
Provides leadership in the practice location.
Nurse Practitioners (NP) are required to function consistent with California Law
Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.
Nurse Practitioner - Requirements
Graduate from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program required
Unencumbered State of California Licensure Requirements
