The organization supports collaborative care approaches with experienced neonatologists and attending physicians available for consultation and emergent situations.

The clinician will provide comprehensive neonatal care in day and 24-hour shift patterns, working collaboratively with another NNP when possible to manage the patient census. Responsibilities include performing routine neonatal procedures, maintaining current certifications in CPR and NRP, and coordinating care with on-site neonatologists. Night shift coverage requires independent NNP management with attending physician backup available within 30 minutes when needed.
