Pay Details:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $45.00 (W2) to $48.00 (1099) /hour (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $47.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,692.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $14.00

Hourly Stipend: $33.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $504.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,188.00


For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $50.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:$1,800.00

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician, assisting with patient assessments, medication administration, treatments, documentation, and monitoring patient conditions. The LPN collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality care and must be flexible to float to units where they are experienced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow facility policies.
• Float to other units within the scope of experience as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 3 years of current LPN experience within the last 6 months (required).
• Must be willing to float to units where experienced.
• IV Certification required or willingness to obtain during onboarding.
• COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions or declinations accepted).
• Travelers must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Previous travel experience and rural/small facility experience are highly preferred.
