As a Practical Nurse you will: Duties - Serve as a Licensed Practical Nurse for a Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). - Perform direct patient care and care coordination activities such as referral management, order reconciliation, and activity tracking. - Provide individualized nursing care to patients of all ages. - Screen and review immunization records. - Administer oral, intradermal, subcutaneous, intramuscular immunizations to all age groups. - Educate patients and/or family/guardians/caretakers on requirements for care and medications.
