A hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.
Mason City, Iowa, offers award-winning attractions, one-of-a-kind shops, eateries, and fabulous shopping all blended with rich history and stunning architecture.
This assignment runs from July 21st through August, with weekday hours from 7:00 AM to around 3:15/3:30 PM. Weekend call is available for those interested. The Cardiac MD will be handling cardiac cases or supporting the cath lab and other areas and will have a student shadowing at some point. CRNAs will cover general, GI, ortho, spine, L&D, OB, and healthy peds cases. The EMR is currently Cerner but will transition to Epic this summer. The setting includes 9 ORs, and the team consists of 4 general MDs and 1 CRNA. Some supervision is involved for CRNAs, and MDs will be 100% hands-on.
