Once the physicians are satisfied with the performance of the CRNA, the CRNA works independently with the physician there as a resource. If the candidate is not a team player we are not interested. The groups reputation and professional liability are on the line and we dont have the luxury of indulging Lone Ranger typesHospital is a Level II - Level III Trauma Center. Really sick patients are stabilized then referred out.
