Locums Broward County, Florida, CRNA OpeningsClinical Role:Requested Coverage: ASAP Ongoing Need Rush Start: Can get temps within 2-3 weeks for clean, FL Licensed clinicians. Must cross-credential at multiple sites but will work primarily at 1-2 sites Model: covers 9 sites of service (6 ORs including Trauma, 2 Endo, 1 Cath/Neuro/IR, covered on a daily basis by 3-4 Physicians and 9 APPs. - 9 sites until 3pm - 4 sites until 5pm - 2 sites until 7pm Facility #1 4 Providers Requested Min # of shifts/month: 16-20 Types of Cases: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Eyes, GS, Urology, Neuro, EP, Plastics, OBGYN, Thoracic, ENT, OMFS, Pain, GI Shift: 8,10, 12 hrs. per day Must offer call: one weekend day every other month Avg. monthly cases: 680 Required Procedures: Trauma, Regional US Board Certified CRNA Active FL License Required BLS, ACLS, PALS (Must be American Heart Association) EMR: Epic Facility #2 Shift: Mon-Fri and Weekends Shift Times: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p, in-house Trauma and L&D Shift: 8,10,12 hrs. Call Required Shifts per month: 16-20 FT CRNA / Subspecialty: Pediatric 20 Providers Requested # Operating Rooms: 20 OR, 2 L&D OR, 5 GI, 2 Cath/EP, 2R Majority Case Type: GS, Ortho, OBGYN, ENT, Plastics, CT, Neuro, GI Avg. monthly cases: 1,200 Trauma Level I Required Procedures: Trauma, CT, Peds, OB Board Certified CRNA Active FL License Required BLS, ACLS, PALS (Must be American Heart Association) EMR: Epic Facility #3 Shift: Mon-Fri Shift Times: 7a-3p, 7a-5p Shift: 8 and 10 hrs/Day Shifts/Month: 16-20 FT No Call 8 Providers Requested Majority Case Type: GS, Ortho, GYN Onc, Bariatric, Plastics, Ophtho, GI Avg. monthly cases: 600 No Trauma, No CT, No Heads, No OB, No Peds Board Certified CRNA Active FL License Required BLS, ACLS Required EMR: Epic Facility #4 Shift: Mon-Fri OB 24/7 Shift Times: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p OB 12s, 16s, 24s Shift: 8,10 or 12 hrs per day Shifts/Month: 16-20 FT CRNA / Subspecialty Pediatric 10 Providers Requested Majority Case Type: General Surgery, GYN, LO&D, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Plastics, Bariatrics, Vascular, Robotics, GI 25% of Caseload is Pediatrics No Trauma, No CT, No Heads.
