1099 CRNAs are guaranteed a 40-hour work week at $225/hour, providing annualized compensation of $468K+. W2 providers receive a $30K sign-on bonus, annual retention bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and long-term stability. Student CRNAs can also take advantage of a $3K monthly stipend from commitment through their start date.

CRNAs will enjoy a diverse case mix with the opportunity to maintain a broad skill set in a supportive practice environment.
