• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Must have at least 1+ yrs exp in Family Practice recently
• 3 days needed coverage for - potentially more dates as they arise
  • 10/16, 10/19, 10/23
• 8a-5p
• 22-24 patients per day in clinic
• Will see all ages
• Must have a drive to work with a diverse population within the community
• Competitive hourly rate and malpractice provided
