• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm; one weekend day/month; 4x10s available
• Avg 21 patients per day
• Will float to multiple clinic locations
• Pediatric to geriatric patient population
• Basic primary care visits, follow-ups, wellness checks, medication refills
• 2 years of NP/PA experience in primary care required
• FQHC experience preferred
• Hospital privileges required
