Mobile Nurse Practitioner | Primary Care | San Gabriel Valley & East Los Angeles

Make a meaningful impact by bringing high-quality, patient-centered care directly to patients where they live.  As a Mobile Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to medically complex patients in their homes and through virtual visits throughout the San Gabriel Valley and East Los Angeles.

This is an ideal opportunity for an NP who values autonomy, relationship-based care, and practicing at the top of their license. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable and underserved patients.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120,000'$178,000 base salary + performance bonus

Qualifications:

• MSN from an accredited program and current NP certification
• At least 1 year of NP or equivalent advanced practice experience
• Active, unrestricted California RN and NP licenses
• Ability to travel throughout assigned area
