POSITION DUTIES: - Prescribe pharmacologic agents and treatments. - Provide consultation and referral to patients, as needed. - Prepares in writing a complete, accurate, evaluation document on each patient seen in the clinical setting. - Provide nursing and medical services to individuals, families and groups, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. - Develop data base for individuals/ families utilizing health care developmental history, physical examination, laboratory data, other diagnostic testing as indicated and pertinent psychosocial information. - Analyze and interpret routine laboratory results. - Provide administrative assistance for clinic activities. PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
