This includes performing independent and collaborative medical management, such as patient assessment, diagnosis, and creating therapeutic care plans. Clinical and Educational Duties The PNP will perform various medical procedures, prescribe medications, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care. Additionally, the practitioner serves as a consultant, instructor, and subject matter expert, participating in staff development, research, and peer reviews. Administrative and Other Functions The position includes participation in various committees and meetings to contribute to decision-making and process improvement.
