As a Nurse(Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Pediatric), you will: - Assesses need and institutes emergency lifesaving procedures to stabilize a patient until arrival of a physician. - Provides leadership and teaching capacity for other health care workers - Assesses and interprets patients' needs to medical and/or nursing staff and other members of the health team. - Provides urgent and non-urgent care for patients - Develops, implements, and evaluates the treatment plan. - Assesses the physical and psychological health status of patients and/or their families through health and developmental history. - Prescribes a variety of medications to patients based on the MTF formulary. - Serves as the first-line supervisor for EFMP Special Needs Advisor and EFMP Case Coordinator. - Performs Other Duties as Assigned
