Job Description

CRNA Opportunity Lafayette, LA (Permanent)Position Overview
  • Role: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Ongoing / Permanent
  • Setting: Hospital-Based
  • Trauma Level: II
  • ORs: 12
  • EMR: Epic
  • Patient Volume: ~15 patients per shift
Schedule & Coverage
  • Standard Schedule:
    • 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
  • Call:
    • No mandatory call
    • Call team structure (optional, extra pay):
      • Weekdays: 3:00 PM 6:00 AM (3 in-house, 2 backup)
      • Weekends: 24-hour coverage (3 in-house, 2 backup)
    • All call is paid separately and not included in base salary
  • Shifts Available:
    • Multiple full-time schedules available
Licensure & Certifications
  • Certification:
    • CRNA Board Certified REQUIRED
  • Certifications Required:
    • ACLS
    • BLS
    • PALS
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation:
    • Pay based on experience and location
  • Sign-On Bonus:
    • Up to $75,000 (varies by role/schedule)
  • Paid Time Off:
    • 6 weeks PTO
  • Additional Opportunities:
    • Extra income available through optional call shifts
