A well-established facility in Novi, MI is seeking experienced CRNAs for ongoing locum coverage starting October 13, 2025. This role offers flexible shifts, a supportive team environment, and a consistent case volume across two nearby locations.

Position Highlights:

• Start Date: October 13, 2025 ongoing

• Shift Options:

• 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts available

• Evening (3 PM 11 PM) and weekend shifts also open

• 40-hour guarantee available

• Float Requirement: Must be able to work at two locations (reassignment typically communicated day before)

• Mileage-only reimbursement or all-inclusive rate preferred

  Practice Details:

  • Case Mix: Primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology

  • No cardiac cases

  • Limited pediatric cases

  • 3646 cases/day across both sites (1520 per site)

• Supervision Model: 4:1 (physicians typically perform their own blocks)

• CRNAs place their own arterial lines

  Candidate Requirements:

  • Board Certified (NBCRNA) Required

  • Active Michigan License Required

  • ACLS, BLS (AHA) Required

  • PALS Required

  • Clean background with no license actions Required

  • Current flu vaccine or valid medical exemption Required

  • Local providers Highly preferred

  • Preference for candidates already licensed at time of submission
