Clinical Role

• Start Date: ASAP Ongoing need

• Schedule: Night coverage with flexible options:

  • 7p7a (12 hours)

  • 11p7a (8 hours)

  • 24-hr shifts (7a7a) available

• Case Mix: Primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology; no heart cases; limited pediatrics

• Volume: 3646 daily cases across two sites (1520 per site)

• Model: Supervised CRNA (4:1 ratio); physicians perform most blocks/regional anesthesia

• CRNAs: Responsible for own arterial line placements

• Requirements:

  • Board Certified CRNA

  • Active MI license

  • ACLS & BLS (AHA)

  • PALS

  • Clean background, no license actions

• Interview: Phone call with client arranged by RecruitWell
