- Setting: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Team: All-CRNA group (currently 3 providers; hiring a 4th)
- Facilities:
- 3 Operating Rooms
- 2 Endoscopy Suites
- Case Mix:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Podiatry
- Urology
- Healthy ENT
- No hearts, heads, or major vascular
- Very few pediatrics
- Call Schedule:
- 1:4
- Call from home if within 15 minutes of the hospital
- Otherwise, in-house call
- Independent practice Must be comfortable working without MD supervision
- Epidurals Required
- Spinals and nerve blocks Preferred (training available if needed)
- Must be adaptable and team-oriented
- Base Salary: Competitive
- Call Pay: Time and a half for hours worked during call
- Start Date: Immediate or as soon as available
