Job Description
Level III trauma with high acuity seeks an additional experienced CRNA to join our well established, hospital-employed group.

- Open to full-time (80 hours per pay period) or part-time (48 hours per pay period) providers
- Shift as assigned (to be discussed at interview)
- The CRNA practices independently according to his/her expertise, Oregon State statutes/regulations and the health district's policies. This includes administering anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws.
- Team: Physicians and CRNAs
- CRNAs practice 100% independently
- Solid, experienced collaborative group
- 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, nearby ASC
- Cases: Everything but heads and hearts, healthy peds only
- Procedures include all types of blocks
- Paid call, shared equitably, post-call day off. Weekends are shared.
- This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
- Not accepting new graduate candidates - 1+ year of experience required
- Job requires copy of the NPDB self-query report
- Must have Clean Malpractice History/Background
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Relocation assistance, if applicable

Requirements
All of the following are required at time of name clear unless otherwise noted. Name clear will not be sent to Bay Area Health until the candidate's full presentation is received.
- Board Certified CRNA -REQUIRED
- Oregon license (or willing to obtain) -REQUIRED
- 1+ year of employment experience as CRNA-REQUIRED

- 1+ year employment experience as CRNA; Has ties to Oregon - i.e. family in the area or has lived in OR at some point
