Join a high-performing outpatient infusion team in Central California, where you'll serve as the clinical pharmacy expert in infusion oncology care. This full-time Clinical Pharmacist position focuses on delivering advanced pharmaceutical services in a collaborative, patient-centered infusion center. Responsibilities include reviewing and profiling oncology treatment regimens, participating in direct patient care through consultations, coordinating with providers to optimize medication therapies, and supporting regulatory compliance and cost-saving initiatives--particularly within the 340B program.

The ideal candidate brings a PharmD, an active (or in-process) California license, and at minimum a PGY1 residency with oncology/infusion exposure (or equivalent years and type of experience). Preference will be given to those with a PGY2 in Oncology and BCOP certification. The department values professional growth, with opportunities to precept pharmacy residents and interns and contribute to formulary and policy development.

This position offers a highly competitive salary range ($160K-$225K+ annually), a $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in loan repayment, and relocation assistance.
