MAJOR DUTIES: - Provide occupational health nursing services at the clinic to which the nurse is assigned. - Establish a case management plan for the clients individual needs, including short and long term goals, follow up periods, resources used, and collaborative approaches. - Develop case management strategy in collaboration with the treating provider. - Coordinate with Safety, supervisor/manager, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene to ensure a safe return to work (RTW). - Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive medical case management program for employees with work related injuries and illnesses. - Collaborate with the OH Program Manager in developing programs, goals, objectives, standards and policies. - Perform health examinations. - Administer emergency, palliative and follow-up care for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injurie PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
