MAJOR DUTIES - Perform a wide variety of complex Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examinations of the head, spine, extremities, and body cavity. - Independently perform complex computerized 2D and 3D MRI scanning of the head and/or body. - Receive and review requests from physicians and other health care providers for MRI examinations of patients. - Train Radiologists, Physicians, and other personnel in MRI principles, procedures, capabilities, techniques, and equipment. - Perform operator level maintenance and care of equipment. - Adhere to the standards of Quality Control as directed by the MRI SOP. Performs other duties as assigned.
