A healthcare services organization in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Manhattan as their newAcute Dialysis Nurse.

About the Opportunity:

• Specialty: Dialysis / Renal
• Schedule:4 10-hour shifts per week, on-call rotation, some weekend work is required
• Call Schedule: On-call rotation, some weekend work is required

• Directand providesafe effective patient care for assigned patients as prescribed for all modality specific treatment procedures
• Enterall treatment data into the designated medical record thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner
• Performthe implementation, administration, monitoring, and documentation of patient's response to prescribed intradialytic transfusions, including appropriate notification of adverse reactions to physician and appropriate blood supplier
• Handle other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Acute Dialysis experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
