4 day work week!
4 weeks PTO per year (160 hours)
No Call!
We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time in Vancouver, WA. We are seeking a well-qualified, caring provider to join our large, knowledgeable group of medical doctors, NP’s, and PAs in our family and urgent care practice. We offer an excellent work life balance with less burnout, with our office seeing patients 4 days a week at 8 hours per day. We take the time to really understand our patient’s needs, scheduling only 18-20 patients per day. The incoming provider must have experience in Family practice and Urgent Care.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an Accredited NP/PA program
- Current NP/PA license in WA
- Minimum 1 year experience in Family Practice/Urgent Care
- Bilingual helpful but not required
- Must cover some Saturday urgent care every other month
- Patient Care- Primary care and Chronic Care patients
- Female Preventative health
- Adult Preventative health
- Well Child Visits
- Same Day/Urgent Care visits
- Procedures (ie: laceration repair, abscess drainage, nail avulsions, joint injections to name a few)
- Documentation- Accurately and Timely
- Order and Review Labs/Bloodwork/Imaging
- Patient Education
- Pharmacological management
- $125k-$135 k per year (depending on experience/qualifications)
- Bonus Compensation- Quarterly bonus for same day chart completion
- Vacation- ~4 weeks per year (160 hours)
