Job Description

Swedish Medical Center is seeking a full-time Transplant Surgery Nurse Practitioner to join a talented transplant team at the Swedish First Hill Campus. The successful candidate will be comfortable in an autonomous role, becoming a leader and the liaison between the nursing staff and Physician. Swedish is one of seven kidney transplant centers and one of just three liver transplant centers serving the entire Pacific Northwest.   • Inpatient care focused role
  • Work with transplant patients from the pre-admit to post-op care
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • No call or weekend rotations
  • Work with a large, multidisciplinary team of Physicians
  • 1-2 years experience preferred
  • Compensation is between $137,000 and $161,000 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Swedish Medical Centers First Hill campus is a 697-bed, general medical and surgical hospital in downtown Seattle. The largest of Swedishs five hospitals, First Hill is considered the main Swedish campus. In addition to the hospital and emergency department, the campus is home to the Swedish Cancer Institute and the Swedish Orthopedic Institute. The hospital provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including the areas largest childbirth center, NICU and specialty pediatric care.
