Job Description
Large provider of Community Health has several openings at their offices in Chicago, immediate suburban locations and Peoria.
Family Nurse Practitioners can expect to work daytime hours with reasonable patient load. Very
modern, fully staffed with Physicians and a Practice Manager. This well established
organization provides quality, compassionate care to an under insured patient
base. With a number of facilities, they provide a wide range of services in
primary care and social services including child welfare, youth services,
community behavioral services and oral health.
*Out patient practice only
* Work schedule is flexible 4- 10hr shifts or 5- 8hr shifts
* 2 weeks vacation. Increased to 3 weeks after 4 years of employment
* 1 paid wellness day
* 5 paid sick days
* 11 paid holidays
* CME allowance with paid days off
* Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
* Long term/short term disability
* Student Loan repayment Program eligible
* Paid malpractice insurance/tail coverage
