Immediate opening for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a well-established FQHC in Crescent City, FL . Live and play in Daytona Beach or Palm Coast, FL Competitive Salary, Great Benefits Package, 401K, 15 days per year of PTO, 12 Paid Holidays, CME with days and monetary allowance, Occurrence Based malpractice paid, student loan repayment through the National Health Services Corp., FL license and DEA renewal paid, Monday through Friday. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour for lunch. Quarterly Incentive Plan. EHR system utilized. Spanish a plus.
