Updated June 17th, 2019: Physicians Employment, Inc. (PhysEmp), respects the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the kind of information Physicians Employment ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company," as appropriate) collects from you when you use the Company's website, how the information may be shared with others, and how you can make changes to the personal information that the Company stores or opt-out and prevent the Company from sharing your information.

Your use of our website or the use of our services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including its applicable limitations on damages and the procedure for determining any resolution of disputes.

1. Information Collected and Utilized

When you submit information to us, request information from us, or use our services, such as in registering with us; posting a CV, rating, review, question or answer; or uploading content or sending us data, we collect information from you including, but not limited to, your name, user name, password, email and street addresses, gender, occupation, messages you send to users, and any other data included in a submitted profile or resume. We may also collect payment information (e.g., credit card number and verification information) in connection with services for which we charge. In each of the foregoing instances, you will know what data we collect because you submit it to us.

In addition, as part of the standard operation of our website, through cookies and other technologies, we collect your domain name, browser type and operating system, web pages you view or links you click, the length of time you visit our website, the referring URL or the site that led you to our website, and the like. If you access the website on your mobile device, including tablets, we collect mobile device identifiers, including MAC Address, and IP Address. We may create and assign your device an identifier that is similar to an account number. We may collect the name you have associated with your device, device type, telephone number, country, and any other information you choose to provide, such as user name, geo-location or e-mail address.

We reserve the right to match your IP address or other information with other information about you in any way permitted by applicable law. We store this information on our equipment or the equipment of third parties that we retain for that purpose.

Finally, we may record actions taken on our website including, but not limited to, date and times of use, clicks, page views, the amount of time you spend on each page, and search queries

2. Uses of Information

The information generated when you use our website, including your resume, searches, clicks, web pages you visit, job applications, messages and postings are used to provide services to you; to process payments; to understand how users access and use our website and services; to improve our website and services; to comply with our legal obligations; to take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to provide customer support; and to conduct marketing and research. We assume that if you are using our website you want us to provide your employment information to anyone who may have a position for you, and we provide your information to such persons, including third party representatives of employers, unless you only want your information to be transmitted to a particular employer and opt-out as set forth in Paragraph 4, below, under "Opt-Out Notice."

3. Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not share your personal information with parties who are not persons seeking physicians for employment. Please note, however, that job recruiters and hiring managers may share your information and/or resume with others, including in connection with their search for candidates for available positions.

If you are a recruiter or employer and you have contacted our website about a job, all information that you provide will be shared with those seeking jobs. We are not responsible for the actions of these jobseekers.

We also may disclose the information we collect from you in order to comply with laws, regulations, and court orders such as in response to a subpoena.

If we sell substantially our business or enter into a similar transaction (e.g., a merger or combination), the information acquired from users of our services will be one of the assets sold or transferred.

We may also share aggregated information about users where your identity is not disclosed for marketing, advertising, research or similar purposes.

4. Opt-Out Notice

If you are only seeking a particular job and do not want your personal job information shared with other prospective employers you may opt out and prevent such sharing by sending us an email at physiciansupport@physemp.com. Your email's subject line must be "Physician Opt Out Request". To protect your account, we will only process the email address you sent us the opt out request from. See also Paragraph 9, below, containing information on how to suppress personal information about you that we may be maintaining in our active database and how to contact us.

5. Security

We follow reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to your personal Information. However, no use of the Internet or data storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warranty the security of any such personal information.


6. Use of "Cookies" and Other Tracking Technologies

We use "cookies" and similar technologies on our website, which are pieces of information that an internet website transfers to your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. The use of cookies is an industry standard and used by many websites. Cookies help us recognize return users to our site and allow us to customize and improve our services to you.

We may send job alerts, newsletters or other promotional or informational emails to you. You may unsubscribe from such communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the e-mail. If you unsubscribe from receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any services you have requested or received from us.

8. Third Party Websites

Our website may contain links to other websites or mobile applications. When you click on one of these links, you are entering another website over which we have no control and will accept no responsibility.

9. How You Can Get Access and Change Information

You may request that we update, correct, and/or suppress personal information about you that we maintain in our active database. We will make all required updates and changes promptly and within the time specified by applicable law, and where permitted, may charge an appropriate fee to cover the costs of responding to such request. Please remember, if you make such a request, we may not be able to provide you with the same quality and variety of services to which you are accustomed. To protect your confidentiality, we will only respond to the address or e-mail you provide to us in your request.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on our website. If we make any material modifications, we will send an email to the email address you have provided in your account (if any), and by other means where appropriate
