Credentials & Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Vascular Surgery
• BLS and DEA certifications required

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient position with low patient volume
• Level 3 blunt and other vascular trauma center with 250 beds 
• Support staff includes Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for surgical assistance, along with nursing and hospital staff

Schedule:

• Up to full-time, ongoing assignment with a minimum of 5 days per month (no weekends only)
• Scheduled Hours: 24-hour call requirement, no clinic

Cases & Procedures:

• Patient panel is adults only with approximately 3-4 patients/surgeries per day
• Types of Cases: Call coverage for vascular surgery, including rounding, consults, and emergent procedures only (no clinic)
• Procedures: Blunt and other vascular trauma in a level 3 center with 250 beds
