Seeking an energetic Urologist to join our multi-specialty group and experience tremendous growth in your practice.

Schedule

Full-time, negotiable scheduling
On call: 10 days per month
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, contingent on requested information being returned timely

Compensation & Benefits

$475K - $750K (including all bonuses) DOE
3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
Possible incentives discussed during interview
Sign on bonus (negotiable)
Relocation allowance

$5000 CME credit

Position Details

Required Procedures: General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy
Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
17-20 Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day
2 Current Urologists in the Group
Lab onsite
X-Ray onsite
Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
Equipment: PVR Scanner
EMR: EPIC
Trauma Level I
Facility will Reimburse for the following: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
