A health system based in Nebraska is seeking a Urologist to initiate its Urological robotics program. This is a nonprofit organization that is fully accredited and a 116-bed regional referral center, catering to the healthcare needs of West Nebraska, Northern Kansas, and Northern Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join the team and immediately start handling a variety of cases, as well as the potential to expand and take on any other cases of their choice.

Opportunity Profile

• The system employs approximately 1,100 employees and has more than 200 volunteers.
• The patient populations served include neonatal, pediatric, adult, obstetric, and geriatric.
• They have one full-time Urologist who does bread and butter, no robotics.
• They have two part-time providers that come and help with coverage.

Compensation/Benefits

• $500k base salary for the first 3 years - then go on productivity
• Physicians can choose to go to production after the first and second years as well if they choose.
• Signing bonus, relocation, and student loan repayment.
• Hospital-employed position with great benefits
• $6,000/calendar year for CME/Dues/Fees reimbursement.
