TRAUMA SURGEON OPPORTUNITY

·       Join hospital employed team of 3 with nearly 60 years experience combined

·       Cover 10 days trauma call per month

·       Strong primary care referral base to be busy immediately

·       Cover 10 days trauma call per month

·       Only Level III ED Trauma Center in region

·       Many high-impact trauma cases

PACKAGE

• Base salary plus quality measure incentives & production bonus based on RVU’s
• Can earn up to 90^th Percentile of MGMA in year 1
