Duties - Works independently performing routine, emergent, and specialized procedures with responsibility for protocols, patient care, and magnet safety. - Receives and reviews requests from physicians and other health care providers for magnetic resonance imaging examinations of patients. - Performs adult and pediatric magnetic resonance imaging of the heart to identify cardiac pathology. - Independently establishes various parameters. - Trains Graduate Medical Education (GME) radiology residents, non-radiologist physicians, 68Pstudents and other personnel in MRI principles, procedures, capabilities, techniques, and equipment.
