Job Description

Healthcare system in central Montana in search of an Interventional Radiologist to provide coverage as soon as credentialed

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
• Night call
• 60-90 day credentialing

Practice Setting:

• Patient ages: Adults
• Volume: Low-level, 4-6 procedures per day
• No trauma designation
  • Complex cases are transferred out
• Common Procedures: Diagnostic and therapeutic paracentesis, thoracentesis, sinraza injections, spinal epidural steroid injections, feeding tube placement/exchanges, placement/exchange biliary catheter, placement of biliary stent, nephrostomy tube placement/exchanges, ureteral stent placement, etc.
• Support staff: 2 techs and 1 dedicated IR nurse (does conscious sedation), Anesthesia in-house and readily available, Pulm/Critical Care coverage coming in Jan.
• EMR: Meditech-Training provided if needed

Travel and Accomodations:

• Rental car, mileage, and lodging are fully covered
• International airport within an hour of the facility
