• Patient Population/Case Load: 15-17 per day
• Case Mix: CyberKnife SRS, Brachy, IGRT, IMRT, SRT, 3D-CRT, Electron Therapy, etc...
• Trauma Level: NA
• Other Information: Varian 21Ex LinAc, Varian Eclipse, GE CT/SIM, Varian Acuity Sim, HDR, On-board Imager

Licensing & Privileging:

• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30-60 days, but will ask for temps if needed
