• 7:30 am - 5 pm schedule
• 25 - 30 patients average on treatment per day
• All external beam -- 100% adult population
• Symptom management and approving cone beam CT required
• Approving portal images and occasional on-treatment visits
• Rare emergent, urgent, or palliative consults possible
