Our client is seeking a Critical Care Pulmonologist with training in Sleep

• Locum to perm
• Can be boarded in Critical Care Pulm and Sleep Medicine
• Strong desire to relocate

• Core Responsibilities:

  1. Critical Care (ICU)

• Manage acutely ill patients in medical/surgical ICUs.

• Perform procedures: central lines, intubations, chest tubes, etc.

• Work in shifts or blocks (often 7-on/7-off or rotating weekends).

• Often part of a multidisciplinary team.

• 2. Pulmonary Medicine

• Outpatient and/or inpatient consults for pulmonary conditions (COPD, asthma, ILD, pulmonary hypertension, etc.).

• May include bronchoscopy, pulmonary function tests (PFTs), and long-term ventilator management.

• 3. Sleep Medicine

• Interpret sleep studies (polysomnography, home sleep tests).

• Diagnose and manage sleep disorders (OSA, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome).

• Develop and manage CPAP/BiPAP treatment plans.

• Sleep lab medical directorship may be available.
