Responsibilities include participating in weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings with therapists, nursing staff, and behavioral health specialists to support behavioral stabilization and therapeutic progress. The position requires completion of psychiatric assessments for new admissions as needed and collaborative treatment plan reviews with clinical staff.
