A reputable clinic with multiple sites around New York is currently seeking a Primary Care Physician for their Brooklyn location.

About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid or Remote: Onsite
• Shift: Daytime
• Schedule: Monday-Friday or potential for a four-day work week. 36 hours Clinical and 4 hours admin.
• Hours: Call Schedule is 1-2x a month
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 2-3 per hour

Responsibilities:

The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for:

• Collecting, recording, and maintaining patient information such as medical histories, reports, and examination results.
• Maintaining complete and accurate medical records.
• Providing quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care.
• Reviewing all test results and recommending suitable management for the patient, including preventive health recommendations and habits.
• Prescribing medications and formulating ongoing treatment and disease management plans.
• Participating in medical staff educational programs and meetings.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• M.D. / D.O.
• Board Eligible / Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• DEA/BLS/ACLS certified
• Competency in diagnosis and treatment to ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Experience demonstrating competency in diagnosis and treatment
• Additional language skills
