• 30 patients per shift
• Inpatient rehab hospital setting
• Census of 33 inpatient rehab patients plus consult service of 25 - 40
• Majority of patients with neurologic diagnoses -- stroke and TBI
• Medical management required
• Pain management (excluding injections) preferred -- acute and chronic
• Ongoing assignment
