• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends
• 20 - 35 ultrasound reads per day, 8 - 12 patients per day at clinic
• Ultrasounds required
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
