• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days
• Need 4 days in a week (Prefer Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat but will consider Wed instead of Sat if needed)
• Average of 25 - 28 patients per day
• Outpatient peds including sick & well visits and must be able to administer shots
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
