Schedule

  • Morning rounds followed by hotel-based call with 30-minute response time
  • Approximately 2-4 hours of hands-on patient care per shift
  • Ongoing monthly need for 5-10 shifts

Procedures and Cases

• Attend deliveries and respond to nursery and ED calls
• Average census fewer than 2 patients-primarily healthy newborns
  • No circumcisions required

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Active California medical license
• DEA and PALS certifications
