The community hospital operates a specialized pediatric cardiac anesthesia program serving patients with complex congenital heart conditions. The facility maintains dedicated pediatric cardiac services with experienced staff and modern equipment to support comprehensive care for neonatal and pediatric cardiac cases.

The pediatric anesthesiologist will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for pediatric cardiac patients Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with required call coverage. Primary responsibilities include providing 100% hands-on anesthesia for neonatal cardiac cases, pediatric cardiac catheterizations, and patients with congenital heart disease undergoing both cardiac and noncardiac procedures. The role involves supervising CRNAs and participating in a 1:3 call rotation for weeknight beeper call from 5:30 PM to 7:30 AM and 24-hour weekend coverage. Board certification and pediatric cardiac fellowship training are essential requirements for this position.
